Why did we get ‘Requires Improvement’?

We didn’t do as well as we would like in our Patient Survey.

You said that our access wasn’t good enough and that it was difficult to make appointments

How are we going to improve?

We have put in place a new appointment system.

We will be completing a survey soon to see if this new system is working – please help us by giving feedback.

Uptake of Cervical Screening Tests

What did CQC say?

They said our rates of women attending for smear tests are low, and that we need a more robust system for following up results

We have worked hard changing our system for managing results to make it safer for patients.

We need you to come for a smear test if you are due- please help us improve our rates! We can’t do this without you!

Uptake of Childhood Immunisations

What did CQC say?

They said our rates of children attending for routine immunisations are low.

We need you to bring your children for their immunisations please help us improve our rates! We can’t do this without you!

 

There are plenty of appointments available including Sundays - please talk to reception today!

 

Uptake of Breast and Bowel cancer Screening

They said our rates of people attending for routine screening tests are low.

We need you to attend for screening, please help us improve our rates! We can’t do this without you!
