Welcome to Stamford Hill Group Practice
Our surgery remains OPEN
Due to the Coronavirus outbreak we ask you not to attend the surgery
unless you have an appointment
The first point of contact with the surgery should be by telephone
on our normal number 020 8800 1000
If you are asked to attend the surgery
- Please wait for the receptionist to let you in the building
- The receptionist will open the door once they have confirmed your identity and reason for attendance
- Please wear a face covering or mask
- Please use your own toilet facilities before attending the appointment
- Please attend alone unless you need to be accompanied by a carer
If you wish to submit a repeat prescription request
During the Coronavirus pandemic, you can submit a prescription request by the following ways;
Please note that all prescriptions will be sent electronically to the pharmacy you have nominated. If you haven't made a nomination yet please tell reception which pharmacy you would like to use. If you do not nominate a pharmacy the closest pharmacy to your home will be selected
There is no need to visit the surgery to collect your prescription
Please note that we are now asking patients not to order prescriptions by the phone, so that we can keep the phone line available for patients who need urgent medical attention
Thank you so much for all your support at this time

Patient Data Opt Out
If you don’t want your identifiable patient data to be shared for purposes except for your own care, you can opt-out by registering a Type 1 Opt-out.
This collection will start on 1 July 2021 so if you do not want your data to be shared with NHS Digital please register your Type 1 Opt-out with the surgery by 23 June 2021.
The data held in your GP medical records is shared with other healthcare professionals for the purposes of your individual care. It is also shared with other organisations to support health and care planning and research.
If you do not want your personally identifiable patient data to be shared outside of your GP practice for purposes except your own care, you can register an opt-out with your GP practice. This is known as a Type 1 Opt-out.
To register a Type 1 Opt-out, for yourself or for a dependent (if you are the parent or legal guardian of the patient) (to Opt-out) you can download the form from the link below and then returning it to the surgery before the deadline of June 23rd 2021
It is vital that children keep up to date with their Immunisations. Our surgery is still open and giving childhood vaccinations. We have measures in place to keep our patients safe. Please call reception to book an appointment with one of our nurses.
