If you need a special examination, e.g. for fitness to undertake sports, pre-employment, heavy goods vehicle, public service vehicle or elderly drivers, this will be done by special appointment and a fee will be charged and this will be required in advance of the appointment. Please tell the receptionist the nature of the examination you require.

If you are attending for a life insurance examination, the company will be responsible for the fee. For medicals, please be prepared to pass a urine specimen when you reach the surgery.
